DLD Team - Meet Kelly Ho, Partner at DLD Financial

I entered the financial services industry in 2005 immediately after my graduation from the University of British Columbia. I hold the Certified Financial Planner Professional (CFP) designation and the Certified Cash Flow Specialist (CCS) certification. Among my peers, friends and family, I am known for my commitment to professional excellence, leadership in the community and my passion for helping others.

I am an active member of the industry professional associations, FP Canada – A national professional body working in the public interest dedicated to championing better financial wellness for all Canadians by certifying professional financial planners and leading the advancement of professional financial planning in Canada; Advocis – The Financial Advisors Association of Canada, and I am a qualifier for the Million Dollar Round Table – The Premier Association of Financial Professionals since 2017. I was a finalist for the 2022 Female Trailblazer of the Year award from Wealth Professional Canada and I have been sought out by media outlets including The Globe and Mail and CTV news as a subject matter expert on common financial planning issues faced by Canadians.

In the community, I have been a longstanding Kiwanis Club of Vancouver member who has carved my niche in the organization by working exclusively with youth initiatives. Within the legal community, I have been involved with the FACL BC (Federation of Asian Canadian Lawyers BC) since 2016 through providing financial planning presentations through webinars, podcasts and as a member of their Advisory Committee.

Outside of work, I spend much of my time shuffling my school aged children to their extra-curricular activities, attending various festivals and theatre productions around the city and planning my next family vacation with my husband Gabriel.
