Client Care Coordinator
I graduated from Simon Fraser University with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry. My early career included over two years as a Research Assistant focused on electrocatalysis for fuel cell applications, an experience that led to a publication in the Journal of Physical Chemistry B (2006). In 2008, I transitioned into the financial services industry as a Marketing Associate with Freedom 55 Financial (now Canada Life). In that role, I focused on maintaining compliance standards, applying product knowledge, and refining administrative processes to support advisors and their clients.
Throughout my career, I have found it incredibly rewarding to put customers first and provide the highest standard of care. I take pride in being a reliable resource for my peers and building meaningful professional connections. I truly enjoy managing client relationships to ensure all needs are met accurately and on schedule.
Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, cooking, and spending time with my family.
