Financial Planning Consultant, Certified Financial Planner®
Born and raised in Vancouver, I graduated with a B.Sc. in Computer Science from the University of British Columbia. I immediately joined Vancouver’s burgeoning video game industry, and over the course of five years, cultivated a love of problem-solving.
As a Financial Planning Consultant and Financial Planner since 2009, I have worked with over 100 financial advisors to built over 1,600 financial plans for clients. I enthusiastically combine my joy of problem-solving and people-skills to reduce money stress and create meaningful financial changes in the lives of clients. I received my CFP® or CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER designation in August 2013 and am proud to be one of the very best of financial planning professionals in Canada.
As a modern financial planner, I expertly use Conquest Planning software to help clients make reasoned decisions instead of emotional ones. I have also been a mentor and coach to advisors since 2014, with a focus on cashflow, retirement and tax planning, and estate optimization.
When I’m not at the office, I enjoy spending time with my wife Mandy, with my daughter Zoe, and singing with the Vancouver Pops Choir.
